Reach Mercury Watch

Write to [email protected] about environmental coverage, a source attribution or an issue with the website. A concise explanation of the point you want considered will help us understand your message.

Reporting an error in an article

For a scientific correction, distinguish the article’s wording from the source you believe it should reflect. A study title, public notice or other accessible reference is useful. If a statement applies only in a particular setting, explain that distinction rather than sending a large collection of unrelated documents.

Reporting a hazard

A publication inbox is not the right channel for an active spill, suspected poisoning or another urgent environmental hazard. Contact the appropriate emergency, health or environmental authority for those situations. Please do not send private medical information or confidential material from an employer through this website’s contact address.
